Application made to build 35 affordable new homes in Rosyth
26 AugustFife Council is planning to bring 35 affordable new homes to Rosyth, after a planning application to build the new properties in the town was submitted to the planning committee.
The new homes are planned to be built at the east end of Castle Road, with associated paths and drainage, and 72 parking spaces.
Back in January the Council received support totalling £1.4million from the Scottish Government to build 57 affordable new homes, with the 35 planned for Rosyth to be joined by a further 22 in Glenrothes.
