Climber rushed to hospital after Rosyth quarry fall
9 JulyA young climber has been rushed to hospital after he suffered a fall while climbing at Rosyth Quarry.
The 19-year-old climber was taken to Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline after he fell four metres.
The teenager was part of an experienced group taking part in a climb in Rosyth Quarry on Wednesday 8th July when he slipped and landed on a rock ledge.
He was rescued by firefighters and paramedics, amid fears he may have suffered spinal injuries.
